TERMS OF USE

Your online behavior and relationships with other Users must comply with these Terms of Use, which establish norms and requirements to coordinate the behavioral activities of people and improve the quality of the Services. The User has the right to set up an Account, change the username and passwords to access it; edit their Account and information in the User's profile about themselves; receive Services and perform other actions not prohibited by law, Rules and Agreement regarding the use of the Website, the Game and the Services. By receiving the Services from of the Copyright Holder, you agree to comply with the following rules and not to encourage other persons to violate them:

− not to create an Account using a false name or false information, andalso on behalf of anyone other than you;
− do not create an Account or use the Service if your account has previously been deleted by the Copyright Holder or you have been banned from playing the Game;
− not use your Account, Site or Service to advertise or impose and transmit any commercial advertising, including mailings, junk mail or repetitive messages to any person;
− not use your Account or Service to engage in any illegal activity;
− not access another user's account without their permission;
− not to use the Site or the Service in any way that violates the applicable laws of or the regulations or is prohibited under this Agreement;
− not sell, buy or use for commercial purposes any components of the Services, including, but not limited to, Accounts, Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods, in any way other than as provided in the Games;
− not to collect information about other Users;
− not to insult, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as the right to privacy and publicity) of other Users;
− not to use the capabilities of the Site or the Service for any other purposes not related to their intended purpose;
− not to change or disable any features related to the security of the Site or the Services of or their components, including the Services provided on Third Party Platforms;
− not upload or otherwise make available files that contain images, photographs, software, or other material protected by intellectual property laws, including, but not limited to, copyright or trademark law (or the right of privacy and publicity), unless you are the rightful owner or have obtained all necessary permissions;
− not to download (except for the page display cache) any part of the Game owned by the Copyright holder or any information contained therein, except as expressly provided by the Copyright holder;
− it is prohibited to copy, translate, publish, decompile, perform technical analysis, disassemble or convert the Site or attempt to access the source code of the Site to create derivative works based on the source code of the Site or otherwise;
− it is prohibited to download, store, publish, distribute, provide access to or otherwise use any information, tools and/or materials that promote and/or incite racial, religious, ethnic hatred or enmity, or defend the ideology of fascism, communism or racial superiority, contain negative statements about any country, people, religion, politics, humiliate national dignity, including on the basis of nationality;
− not upload files that contain viruses, trojan horses, worms or any similar software that may disrupt the operation of other computers or damage the property of others;
− not to attack the Game servers or otherwise disrupt its operation;
− in addition, you warrant that you are not located in a country recognized by Ukraine as a state sponsor of terrorism or a country providing support to terrorism;
− not to restrict or prevent other Users from receiving the Services, software or other content;
− not to commit any other illegal actions.

Only you are responsible for your interaction with other Users of the Services. The Copyright Holder may at any time intervene in disputes between you and other Users, but is not obliged to do so. The Copyright Holder will not be liable for any result of such disputes, including claims and compensation of any kind.

If you have a dispute with one or more Users, you release the Copyright Holder and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees from claims, demands and compensation (actual and consequential) of any kind and nature, known or unknown, arising out of or otherwise related to such disputes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Copyright Holder reserves the right to decide which behavior constitutes a violation of the Agreement and the Terms of Use. In case of violation of the above provisions, the Rightholder has the right, at its discretion, to take or not to take actions, including, but not limited to, deletion of your Account or prohibition to use the Services.
